Where do I find my employees' performance reviews?

To see your employees' performance reviews:

• Go to the HRIS homepage, and select the Performance tab to view all of your employees' reviews.

• Alternatively, you can also go to a specific employee's profile and select the Performance tab to view that individual's completed reviews.
